This week's Love, Want, Need comes from Notonthehighstreet.com. Loving this simple monochrome and neon cushion by Sparrow & Wolf. I want this Neon coloured fabric lighting cable by Quirk to dress up my lights and I need some more storage for all the pens I keep buying, this beautiful wood and metal one by Ginger Rose will do the trick nicely!

Colour Pop: Bright Pink

Colour Pop has moved to a Friday! Today it's Bright Pink. I'm not really a pink person normally, but I love this front door, and the splash of colour inside the sink is a fab idea! Been meaning to paint some plant pots like this for ages too!

Two of a Kind

I've decided to switch my blog days around a bit from now on. Mondays will be Love, want, need/ Two of a kind, Wednesdays will be my Mini Trend Flash and Fridays will be Palette Play/ Colour Pops.

This week it's Two of a kind, bringing together this beautiful bag made by Paper & stitch and this art print by Polly Egmore. The loose, graphic nature of each design caught my eye as they work together brilliantly.

It's colour pop wednesday, and this is one of my favourite colours, mint green! It's been popular in homewares and fashion over the past couple of years, I totally love those shoes, not that I could ever walk in those heels!

I love this chartreuse yellow sofa which would really brighten up a living room, I want these hexagon shaped shelves for keeping my books and trinkets and I need this glass lamp, especially since I recently broke the one that we had that was similar!

I love these wall decals from The Lovely Wall on Etsy. The lovely colours inspired this week's palette play. Especially love the pop of bright yellow against the more muted colours.

Today's colour pop is Bright Orange. The pops of colour in the door & fridge are great to brighten up a room, and it looks especially great against grey on the wall. Also love those nails!

Palette Play Friday

This week's palette play is a pretty floral design from Tara Lilly Studio. The bright blue back really sets off the deeper blue, bright pinks and greens.

Palette Play Friday!

This week's palette play is a photograph from the Hindu Holi Festival of Colour. Coloured powders get thrown around and and give these beautiful clouds of bright colour. Absolutely beautiful and so inspiring as a palette!

I'm not the greatest fan of red, mainly because it doesn't remotely suit my complexion, but it can look great sometimes. I especially like the bright chair agains the black desk and the unusual red bath.

Mini Trend Flash- Food Animals

I first noticed this trend on instagram with Donuts made to look like cat and dog heads, or even their whole bodies, and now it has moved onto chocolates, eclairs, bread and even rice! This Japanese trend is taking over, and it's too cute! A lot of hard work for something that will be demolished in seconds though!
